She loves dancing. Apart from Inside Flow, a modern form of Yoga Dance Choreography, she dances passionately salsa and loves to sing in showers. She also loves practicing her surfing skills and takes every possible moment to go into the water. She is curious by nature, positive and including.

Yoga helps her to find a balance between her active lifestyle and peace within. She is trained in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Inside Flow. She shares her passion for yoga and loves to guide her students into a deeper practice full of joy, connecting to their hearts and souls. You will leave her classes with a warm heart and relaxed feeling.
She loves to share her positive vibe, energy and knowledge, and to lead her students to a state of more inner balance, peace and health.
But Christina was not always a Yoga-Teacher. She used to work in the corporate world and knows the exposure to pressure and stress well. She suffered from spine injuries despite of many years of state-of-the-art treatment.
She found out that her way to gain health, a lasting & deep relaxing state was only through Yoga practice. Yoga is not only the body movement it is much more..
